- Return conditions
Goods in good condition: The goods must keep the original packaging and accessories intact, and have not been used or damaged.
Return period: You can apply for a return without reason within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods (the specific period is subject to the website announcement).
Non-customized goods: The returned goods must be regular goods that are not customized and not specially specified. - Return process
Submit an application: Log in to www.canclasptech.com, enter the “My Order” page, select the order to be returned, and submit a return application.
Approved: Our customer service team will review the application as soon as possible after receiving it, and will send the return address and precautions after the review is passed.
Return the goods: Please return the goods to the address provided by the customer service and keep the return receipt.
Refund processing
We will review your refund application within 5 working days after receiving it. If the application is approved, we will process the refund within 7 working days after the review is passed, and the refund will be refunded through the original payment method. - Notes
Freight: For returns not caused by product quality issues, the freight shall be borne by you; for returns caused by product quality issues, the freight shall be borne by us.
Refund Time: The refund processing time is usually 7 working days after receiving the returned product, and the specific time shall be subject to the bank’s processing time.
